Goodbye Skype, Hello Teams!

Microsoft is transitioning from Skype to Teams, bringing a new era of communication. Starting in May 2025, Skype will no longer be available, and users are encouraged to switch to Microsoft Teams for seamless connectivity.

Transition Details

• Process: Log in to Microsoft Teams with your Skype account to access your chats and contacts.
• Options: Start using Teams: Begin using the Teams app.
• Export Data: Save your Skype data before the transition.

Why Switch?

By logging into Teams, your existing Skype chats and contacts will appear in the app, allowing you to pick up where you left off. Alternatively, export your data to retain your information.
