About Embrace Change

Embrace Change is an award-winning career coaching and training firm that specializes in working with women of color. It is our singular mission to get all women of color––and people of color––the money, power, and respect that we deserve in the workplace.

The Embrace Change team is an all-BIPOC team of career and executive coaches, with areas of expertise ranging from negotiation to leadership to entrepreneurship. Our clients are breaking barriers across industries, including tech, law, medicine, academia, marketing and communications, government, and the trades. WHY DO WE OFFER THESE NETWORKING SESSIONS TO OUR COMMUNITY?

As WOC and POC, we're disproportionately made to feel like we don't know how to network, or that we're bad at networking, and meeting new people in a professional context can feel intimidating.

On top of that, we don't have many spaces where we can connect with each other in a fun, structured way–especially across industry.

So during this structured networking session, we'll have opportunities for you to connect with each other in a stress-free way, and share a few key career strategies and tactics with you as well.
