The event is self-supported; those who want support to arrange it prior.

All on offer are marked routes, one for the main challenge and the other for the fun challenge. There will be drinking water, a tent, toilets, and food vendors on a cash basis. 

The start time for Nairobi Backyard is 8 a.m. Backyard rules are to be applied strictly.
