Overview
We are seeking a Digital Manager to lead and execute Casure Concierge's digital strategy, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
This role involves overseeing digital marketing, operations, and content creation for Casure Concierge, its brands, corporate clients, and retail customers. The Digital Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies, managing digital channels, creating engaging content, analysing performance metrics, and optimizing digital initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Description
To support Casure Concierge's digital marketing efforts, initially focusing on website and social media management. This role will evolve to encompass a broader range of digital marketing responsibilities, including email marketing, e-commerce, and potentially ERP system integration. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to contribute to the growth of Casure Concierge and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
Due to the dynamism of the role and the current growth trajectory of the organisation, the role will have operational, tactical and strategic elements which may evolve over time.
Tactical and Strategic functions will be incrementally added over time based on delivery of operational functions and as revenue is generated to support an expanded job role.
Operational Responsibilities
- Digital Media Management: Manage and grow digital media presence for Casure Concierge, its brands, and clients, creating engaging content, monitoring conversations, and analysing performance metrics.
- Digital Operations: Support day-to-day digital tasks for Casure Concierge, its brands, and clients, such as website updates and email marketing campaigns.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for Casure Concierge's digital services and Director tasks.
- Content Manager Backup: Assist and/or back up the Content Manager in their operational and administrative tasks supporting various internal and customer/client-facing deliverables.
Tactical Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy to attract and engage the target audience of Casure Concierge, its brands, and clients.
- Digital Media Marketing: Plan, execute, and analyse all digital marketing campaigns for Casure Concierge, its brands, and clients to drive conversions and customer retention.
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on various platforms for Casure Concierge, its brands, and clients to generate leads and drive sales.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts for Casure Concierge, its brands, and clients.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy: Contribute to the development, modification, and execution of Casure Concierge's digital marketing strategy across various platforms for Casure Concierge, its brands, and clients.
- Website Management: Maintain and optimise the Casure Concierge website and other relevant websites to improve user experience and drive traffic.
- ERP Integration: Explore opportunities to integrate digital marketing efforts with the ERP system to streamline operations and improve efficiency for Casure Concierge, its brands, and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications
- Education: O-Level or higher. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience: Previous experience in digital management is desired but not required.
Skills & Competencies
- Digital Literacy: Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools including emerging tools like Artificial Intelligence.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Video Creation & Editing Software, Collaborative Tools, Cloud Backup Tools, Content Management Systems and Digital Media Tools.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems creatively.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new technologies.
- Attention to Multiple Details: Being able to incorporate different instructions and execute on several outputs jointly and separately.
- Autonomy: Self-starter who takes initiative, handles things as expected and does not need constant monitoring.
Compensation
This is part-time role. Remuneration is determined based on current roles agreed upon and aligned with the candidate’s experience level with a focus on cost-effectiveness.
Starting range is between Kshs. 1,000 – Kshs. 4,000 weekly based on delivery and contributions to bottom-line performance.
